Best Latin Jazz Flautist of 2007 Mark Weinstein has consistently given us great music over the years, ranging from his legendary Cuban Roots to his more recent efforts like Con Alma. Now he’s giving us another treat - some of the behind the scenes stories behind that music in a fantastic blog. For some interesting peeks into the Weinstein’s musical world, you’ve got to read this - check it out HERE.

The Latin Jazz Network recently launched a wonderful online radio station - Latin Jazz Network Radio. You can hear many of the fantastic albums reviewed here live, streaming over your computer. Take the opportunity to check it out; it’s worth the listen! You can find it HERE.

It’s got lots of wonderful information about his background and career, all based upon an interview with his daughter Aida.
